Eurélec is looking for a permanent employee for its future photovoltaic site manager for our private clients, with aptitude in roofing (canvas, slate).

Working closely with the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising projects to install photovoltaic solar systems in private homes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Supervise and manage a team on the construction site

- Install the solar panels and ensure their electrical connection

- Follow the plans and technical diagrams to ensure the correct assembly of electrical components

- Ensure that the installations comply with current technical and safety standards

- Maintain customer relations by answering questions

- Control all operational stages of the construction site

- Inform the line manager of the progress of the projects

- Ensure the proper application of safety and hygiene procedures on the construction site

Your profile:

- Soft skills: embodying the company's values: boldness, perseverance and mutual support

- Ability to work with roofing materials (canvas, slate) is appreciated

- Demonstrate autonomy

- Knowing how to manage priorities

- Be rigorous

- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position

- Technical skills in photovoltaic panels and electricity are recommended.

The conditions:

- Permanent contract

- 35 hours

- Meal allowances

- Travel allowances: specific to Eurélec

- Status: Worker

- The position is based in Pau (64)
