Litiges
In the event of a dispute or disagreement in the application of this contract, the consumer shall send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company, which shall have 15 (fifteen) days to take into account the request; after this period the consumer may contact the mediator to find an amicable and free agreement.
The consumer has the option of using the Consumer Mediation procedure, Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code:
