Eurelec is looking for a permanent Site Supervisor.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, from preparation and monitoring to execution. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting counter-studies before the start of construction work
- Planning and organization: Developing project plans while ensuring that the necessary resources (equipment, labor, materials) are available
- Team management: Responsible for coordinating the work teams on the construction site
- Monitoring the progress of construction projects
- Human Resources Management
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communication and relations with stakeholders
- Managing unforeseen events
- Financial monitoring
- Ensures compliance with imposed deadlines

Your profile:
- You know how to be independent
- You know how to manage priorities
- You are meticulous
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Essential technical expertise in photovoltaics
- Interpersonal skills: embodying the group's values: Audacity, Perseverance and Mutual Support

The conditions:
- Permanent contract
- 35 hours
- Status: ETAM
- The position is based in Pau (64)
- Meal vouchers: value of €10.83/day worked (employee contribution 40%, employer contribution 60%)
