Is your data processed outside the EU?


The data collected may be processed outside the European Union. In this case, EURELEC takes the necessary steps with its subcontractors and partners to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your data, in full compliance with applicable regulations.

If the subcontractors and partners concerned are not signatories to the Privacy Shield agreement with regard to transfers to the United States of America, or are not located in a country with legislation considered to offer adequate protection, they will then have previously signed the European Commission's "standard contractual clauses" or will be subject to Binding Corporate Rules approved by the authorities.


What are your rights?


You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. You can request data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data or to request its restriction.

You can issue directives regarding the retention, deletion or disclosure of your personal data after your death.

Specific rule for telephone marketing: any consumer can register free of charge on a do-not-call list called "Bloctel" to stop receiving unsolicited telephone calls from a business with which they do not have a current contractual relationship. How to exercise your rights?


You can exercise your rights at any time, and also contact the Data Protection Officer at the addresses below.

Any request to exercise your rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity (French national identity card, European Union identity card, passport, French residence permit, French residence card, or French travel document).
